Damp towels are a breeding ground for bacteria. Our heated towel racks are designed to dry towels, thus reducing bacterial build up by up to 90%. Dry Element Technology (DET), works effectively in drying towels and provides unparalleled benefits such as Direct Intelligent Heating and controller options, such as the discreetly built in temperature adjustment PTSelect switch that can be switched ON and OFF for certain savings on electricity costs.
Towel Holding Capacity:
This model has the capacity to dry 3 x folded bath towels.
Heating and Drying Times:
- Heated Towel Rack to Heat-Up: 10 – 15 mins
- To add a touch of warmth to a dry towel: 30 – 45 mins (when folded correctly in four layers)
- To dry an average used, damp towel: 4 – 5 hours (when folded correctly in four layers)

Built-In Controller:
The discreetly built-in PTSelect (Personal Temperature Selection) Switch will enable you to switch the heated towel rail on and off as well as adjust the temperature to suite your personal heat preference.
Electrical Wiring:
Hardwired – This electric towel rack comes standard as hardwired and the electrical connection must be completed by an electrician.

Dual-Entry – This product has a Dual-Entry electrical connection which means it has both LEFT and RIGHT electrical connections, and can be connected to any of the two sides straight out of the box to better suit your electrical point.
Material:
Grade 304 Stainless Steel – Stainless Steel has a natural resistance to corrosion and therefore does not require a protective coating which makes this product ideal for the bathroom environment. The shiny polished Stainless Steel finish is often confused with a Chrome finish, however the two could not be more different. While stainless steel will not peel or flake, chrome products on the other hand are susceptible to chipping and pitting due to the nature of a coated surface.
Cleaning and Care:
To keep the product in pristine condition, simply wipe it down with a warm damp cloth and then buff dry with a microfiber cloth. You could also on occasion, use a Chlorine-free stainless steel cleaner to maintain the gorgeous shine. If you use a stainless steel polish, make sure it is abrasive free. When cleaning wall surfaces around your heated towel rail make sure not to use any household detergents that contain Chlorine-based chemicals such as bleach, this will cause permanent damage to the surface of the stainless steel.

Installation Tip:
- Check for water pipes before drilling
- In Masonry walls (fixings not supplied), always drill a smaller pilot hole first for better accuracy regarding location and sizing
